My style of deeply nourishing massage includes the long strokes, presence, and responsiveness of Esalen massage; the calming, grounding, and restorative effects of Swedish and abhyanga-style massage; and the skillful application of more clinical neuromuscular techniques.

Warm oil is applied in slow, rhythmic strokes to support deep-tissue nourishment, joint and connective-tissue lubrication, healthy circulation and lymphatic flow, skin integrity, healthy digestion, and overall vitality. The steady warmth, repetition, and continuous contact help calm the nervous system, encourage a relaxation response, and create a sense of containment and embodiment that is especially supportive during periods of stress, grief, burnout, recovery, or major life transitions.
