DIY Massage &
Foam Rolling

Learn to actually use a foam roller, not just roll back and forth and hope for the best. Real technique for releasing tight muscles and supporting your structure, taught by a licensed bodywork therapist. Instruction for releasing tension in your own body, on your own time. You'll learn techniques rooted in real bodywork, adapted so you can do them at home without any equipment or training.

guided rest &
relaxation

Simple, comfortable positions held long enough for your body to actually let go. You'll use blankets and pillows to support yourself fully. No movement, no flexibility, no experience required. Just you, the floor, and some time to be still.

Guided rest You lie down. I lead you through a slow, spoken practice that brings your body and mind into deep rest. Deeper than sleep, easier than meditation. You don't have to do anything except show up and follow along. (Sometimes called yoga nidra.)

Vibration

Sound and vibration Bowls, voice, and tone used to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. You lie down and listen. That's the whole practice. (Sometimes called sound healing or sound bath.)

Most of us live with more stress and tension than our bodies can easily let go of. Restorative yoga and yoga nidra offer a simple, affordable way to rest and restore, and help to support nervous-system care. These gentle, online practices are done privately at home and require no experience or flexibility. They can help ease built-up stress and create a steady rhythm of rest between massage sessions. Over time, this regular rest allows your body to soften more fully, supporting deeper, more effective bodywork and longer-lasting relief.
